The principals of HeadsUp began software development in 1979. In the mid 1990's they began utilizing cloud computing. In 2000 they started developing web-based scheduling software. In 2002, document management and other project management functions were added and the system was named integrated Construction Profit Manager or iCPM. iCPM went on the market in 2004. Since then the company has grown to over 2700 users, 18,000 projects (active and archived), 375,000 documents and 10,000 bid invitations sent to over 500,000 subcontractors.
